Welcome to Yoga Robins - offering Yoga and Mindfulness classes and workshops for children aged 4 years old to 16 years old.
What is Yoga for children? ​

Fun - Non-competitive - Mindful - Confidence building - Self esteem building - Integration of mind and body building strength - flexibility and improving wellbeing - A helpful tool to facilitate children to learn to self-regulate - A useful tool to help children to learn about and understand their feelings and emotions

After school classes run on Wednesdays at 5:30pm in the school hall at Holton St Peter Primary school.
